The founding history
CEO & FOUNDER: Hans-Peter Grosche
The foundation for my professional career was laid in 1990 with the establishment of a music software company in Germany.
In the middle of the same year, an IT company was founded that is still successfully active in the market today – known as LMP-MEDIA.
Around the turn of the millennium, a new chapter began in my life.
In 2000, I traveled to Morocco for the first time – an encounter that left a lasting impression on me.
The warm openness of the people, the impressive nature, the Mediterranean climate and the ever-present sun left a lasting impression on me.
I was fascinated by the culture and hospitality of the people, who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
These impressions were so intense that I decided not to just consider Morocco as a travel destination, but to experience the country from a different perspective.
I lived there for a year from 2001 to 2002 on a trial basis.
Thanks to the emerging possibilities of internet communication at the time, I was able to continue to successfully manage my German companies.
Working with cloud workers became an integral part of my way of working – long before this term was established in its current form.
During my stay, I developed a special connection to the city of Essaouira – a picturesque coastal town that has always been known as a refuge for artists, musicians, craftsmen, painters and sculptors. The creative and inspiring atmosphere of the city had such a profound influence on me that I decided:
"One day I will spend my retirement here."
After my return to Germany, Morocco never left me.
Since then, I travel there at least two to three times a year and spend several weeks on site.
Over the years, I have established close contacts with the people – not only in the cities, but also in the small villages of the region.
I was particularly fascinated by the knowledge of traditional natural remedies and the development of the regional cosmetics industry.
In Morocco, I experienced the emergence of an entire industry.
Regional producers increasingly specialized in organic products, which soon gained recognition beyond the country's borders. This development offered me an entrepreneurial opportunity that I wanted to take advantage of.
In August 2024, I finally founded the company KosBioMetik S.A.R.L., a limited liability company under Moroccan law, comparable to the German GmbH.
The aim of the company is to export high-quality organic products from Morocco internationally and thus increase the reach of these special products.
